Pebbles wants to give everyone a special thank you, for donating to her & her babies! Pebbles is the sweetest girl, who loves all of the attention she can possibly get. She is only estimated herself to be 10months old, with her being this young, pregnant & coming in malnourished she has also been enjoying kitten food from the day we got her. She will continue to enjoy kitten food until after her babies are weaned off of her. Once her babies are old enough, everyone will be spayed/neutered & fully vetted before they are ready to be adopted. As you can imagine, this is going to be a big expense for us - if you would like to donate towards the vet care OR make a donation of supplies for our animals you can do so in a few different ways!

Monetary donations can be made in person (10am-2pm / 7 days a week), through the mail, PayPal OR put on our account at Corinth Vet Clinic.
Purchased donations are accepted for drop off 7 days a week from 10am-2pm. Donations can also be purchased online from Chewy or Amazon

Pebbles who was brought in on December 1st as a stray in Schuylerville is doing so well! She came in very thin & underweight (& of course pregnant). With the proper care she has gained weight and will be having her babies VERY soon. We are currently seeking the following donations for Pebbles & her babies.

🐈Wet kitten food

Yesterday was a day no one likes to hear about, one of our wonderful volunteers Monica said goodbye to sweet Daisy (the beagle). Daisy was brought to us as a stray found in Greenwich, she wasn’t in the best shape and is believed to have been only good enough for breeding from her past “owner”. Monica, took Daisy home as a hospice foster which ended in Daisy finding her final resting place, a forever family, a warm, safe home filled with so much love.

We would like to give a special thank you to Monica & Bella for giving Daisy the best thing she ever had - a loving family. We would also like to thank Corinth Vet Clinic for giving Daisy phenomenal care while with Monica! ❤️

We are currently hiring!
We are looking for someone that loves animals as much as we do to join our Estherville family.

🐾This position is 5-6 days a week 9am-3pm (holiday & weekend availability is a MUST!)
🐾This is also a labor intensive job, in & out of kennels, lots of bending over, raking, snow removal as well as horse clean up and much more!
🐾You must have reliable transportation & be a reliable candidate, as the animals depend on YOU for year round care.
🐾Must be 18years or older
🐾NO AMINAL ALLERGIES (we have cats,dogs, goats, chickens & a horse)
🐾Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
🐾Must be able to handle dogs of all breeds/sizes
🐾Must be able to communicate well with other employees, volunteers & managers.
🐾Must have good customer service skills, you will be around many people daily.

$50 per ticket, checks can be made payable to Estherville Animal Shelter and sent directly to us (100 Russell Road, Greenfield Center NY 12833) OR you can get tickets in person between 10am-2pm daily.

We are only open from 10am-12pm today (12/24/24) and we will be CLOSED tomorrow (12/25/24). We will resume normal business hours on Thursday (12/26/24).

As we enter the week of Christmas, please note we will be closing early on Tuesday December 24th at 12pm. We are also CLOSED on Wednesday December 25th. We will have normal business hours (10am-2pm), for the rest of the week!

Unfortunately, we at this time are NOT taking in any garage sale items. We have had some health issues in the family that have put us far behind on the garage sale part of the shelter. We hope to get back to taking items as normal very soon, for now we ask for patience as we navigate through this chapter.

We are STILL ACCEPTING all animal donations, including toys, food, treats, bedding, ect as normal between 10am-2pm daily.

Every pet deserves a wonderful Christmas, the animals at Estherville would love your help on making that happen for them.

We would love to provide the animals with stockings filled with toys, a special Christmas meal (animal friendly of course), forever homes for all & monetary donations to continue everyday care.
