WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING!!!
WE HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!!

We are looking for someone that loves animals as much as we do to join our Estherville family.

🐾This position is 5 days a week 9am-3pm, the days needed are Monday- Friday. (holiday availability is a MUST!)
🐾This is also a labor intensive job, in & out of kennels, lots of bending over, raking, snow removal as well as horse clean up and much more!
🐾You must have reliable transportation & be a reliable candidate, as the animals depend on YOU for year round care.
🐾Must be 18years or older
🐾NO AMINAL ALLERGIES (we have cats,dogs, goats, chickens & a horse)
🐾Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
🐾Must be able to handle dogs of all breeds/sizes
🐾Must be able to communicate well with other employees, volunteers & managers.
🐾Must have good customer service skills, you will be around many people daily.

🎄🐾 A Christmas Wish from Our Shelter Animals 🐾🎄

As the holidays draw near, our shelter is filled with wagging tails and hopeful hearts. While most of us are curling up by the fire or wrapping gifts for loved ones, our furry friends are wishing for something simple this Christmas — warmth, full bellies, and a little love. ❤️

We’re hoping to make this season bright for them, but we need your help. Our shelter is in need of:
🧺 Blankets – to keep every cat and dog cozy on cold winter nights
🐱 Cat Litter – a daily essential for our kitties
🐈 Dry Cat Food – to fill hungry tummies
🐶 Wet Dog Food – to make mealtime a joy for our pups

Each donation is more than just a gift — it’s a gesture of kindness that reminds these animals they’re not forgotten this Christmas. 🎁✨

Donations can be dropped off any day of the week between 10am-2pm.
!!PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DONATIONS OUTSIDE AFTER HOURS!!

Unfortunately, at yesterday’s appointment we were told that Harper has kidney disease. This means she will be going through further testing, as well as being on a K/D diet.

Harper is 10 years old, spayed and will be hopefully looking for a special home soon. Harper will need to be on the K/D prescription diet from here out.

If you have any K/D dry OR wet food that you would like to to donate, we will gladly take it. We currently have 3 cats eating this food! We order this food off of chewy, if you would like to purchase a Chewy Gift card to help supply this special diet for her and 2 others.
