We are in search of a 5 gallon bucket full of either HIGH GLOSS OR SEMI GLOSS paint for a shelter project. We don’t care the color, as long as it is a light color!

We are in need of monetary donations!

As you may or may not know, our shelter is funded by and run solely on your donations. We receive NO government assistance!

It costs any where from $3,000 to $5,000 dollars a week to keep us going(depending on bills and vet visits). As you all know the colder months tend be more expensive with rises in electricity and propane bills. We have 6 propane tanks at our shelter to keep all our animals nice and cozy.

We are asking for your help so that we may keep providing the love, and care to the animals in our shelter. Every dollar counts! ❤️

Donations can be made via our PayPal link, or cash/checks may be dropped off or mailed.

Replacing your carpets and unsure what to do with the old one? We will take it! We do have some requirements for carpet remnants listed below.

🐾we do NOT take the carpet padding
🐾minimal stains and not dirty (accept if it just needs a vacuum!)
🐾please cut larger carpets into 4s and we will do the rest.

Carpet can be dropped off daily from 10am-2pm. Your donations and shares are SO appreciated. 🐾🐶🐱❤️

We are currently hiring!
We are looking for someone that loves animals as much as we do to join our Estherville family.

🐾This position is 5 days a week 9am-3pm (holiday & weekend availability is a MUST!)
🐾This is also a labor intensive job, in & out of kennels, lots of bending over, raking, snow removal as well as horse clean up and much more!
🐾You must have reliable transportation & be a reliable candidate, as the animals depend on YOU for year round care.
🐾Must be 18years or older
🐾NO AMINAL ALLERGIES (we have cats,dogs, goats, chickens & a horse)
🐾Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
🐾Must be able to handle dogs of all breeds/sizes
🐾Must be able to communicate well with other employees, volunteers & managers.
🐾Must have good customer service skills, you will be around many people daily.

Have you ever met a gentle giant? If not, you will now. This is Abby, Abby was brought in as a stray so we unfortunately don’t know much of her background. Abby lights up with the biggest smile when she sees people & especially kids! She is believed to be about 8 years old, she will be spayed before being adopted & she is up to date on her shots. Abby doesn’t seem to do well with other dogs, we are unsure how she would be with cats.

Abby’s ideal home, will have lots of beds & comfy blankets to snuggle into. It will also have a human that she will love until the end of time, if you think that is you please give us a call to come meet her!

We posted Chloe back in July, she has been here since July 10th 2021. We just know she has to have a family out there somewhere waiting for her.

Some fun facts about Chloe -
🐾She is spayed & up to date on vaccines
🐾She is 5-6years old
🐾She LOVES treats, toys, and going on LONG walks or runs
🐾She does need to be the ONLY animal in the home
🐾She is full of energy

Poor Chloe, she is full of so much love to give to her forever family. We know someone is looking for a girl just like her, maybe it you, your family member or even a neighbor.

Meet General!

General is a sweet & sassy senior FIV+ kitty. General came to us because his owner just couldn’t keep him inside, he unfortunately was beating up the neighborhood cats. General would love to find a new home where he can rule the castle, he does have a bit of an attitude and will let you know when he doesn’t want to be pet anymore.

General does need to be an only kitty and an INDOOR ONLY boy, this is for the safety of all the healthy kitties that go outside and himself.
