Ian Cayce is a Fabricator II on the night shift. He cuts all the galvanized metal for your orders! He really enjoys the camaraderie and culture of the night shift. He says nights are orderly, but goofy at the same time. In his off time, he spends time with his numerous animals and playing video games!

Meet Andrew, our Director of Operations! Andrew is the person picking up your phone calls and answering your emails! He's the main point of contact for sales and quoting. When it's nice out you can catch Andrew spending time with his family on the boat, or watching the Lions game! He's glad to be a part of Applied Fabricators because of the teamwork and culture on the floor. The camaraderie among the guys feels akin to a family!

Giving Back to Our Community: Applied Fabricators' Volunteer Day

We're thrilled to share the fantastic experience we had during our recent volunteer day at our local trail, Pennsy Trail!

At Applied Fabricators, we believe in the power of community and giving back. On September 22nd, our dedicated team came together to make a positive impact by beautifying our local trail. It was a day filled with hard work, teamwork, and purpose.

We removed invasive and non-native plants and ensured any litter was picked up.

It's moments like these that remind us of the importance of coming together for a common cause. We're grateful for the opportunity to support our local environment and give back to the community that has given us so much.

A huge shoutout to our incredible team for their dedication and passion for making a difference. Stay tuned for more opportunities to give back, because at Applied Fabricators, community matters!

CJ just celebrated his one-year anniversary with Applied Fabricators. He feels that each day at work brings a new challenge where he can apply previously learned metal profiles and turn them into new ones. While at AFAB, CJ enjoys that everyone has a similar sense of humor and there is a laid-back atmosphere. In his off time, CJ has a passion for the conservation of animals and reptiles. His favorite quote is "pressure makes diamonds." Applied Fabricators is grateful for CJ’s positive attitude and hard work!

Join us in celebrating our interns! All three successfully made it through their internship programs this summer. We're excited to see what they accomplish! Thanks to Fishers High School and Lawrence North High School for an excellent partnership!

Jake quickly climbed the ranks at AFAB and is now a Team Lead. He enjoys the caring nature of our culture, and says the support and training allows him and his team to grow. When he's not in the shop, he enjoys playing a round of golf or watching a good game. Jake says, "Applied Fabricators has a learning culture, it allows us to excel in our field and provides our customers with excellent products and peace of mind that the job is being done right."
