• We are no longer accepting physical donations.
• We are overwhelmed and deeply grateful for the incredible generosity of our community and beyond.
• Due to the sheer volume of donations received to support those impacted by the recent tornado, we have exceeded the capacity of our current storage facilities.

Thank you everyone for the continued donations!

We now have and are good on shampoo, brushes, nail trimmers, bowls, tie out leads, dog & cat toys, leashes, harnesses, collar, small crates.

We have PLENTY of cat and dog food! Thank for the supply ❤️

There are just a couple of things we would still appreciate:

XL dog crates
Outside dog runs
Beds of all sizes

Anyone that was affected by the tornado, even if you don't live in Greenfield proper, please come and get any and all pet supplies you need ❤️

We are open until 5:00 pm today, Memorial Day!

Here are the hours for the pet supply donation center at the clinic for the week:

Monday May 27th: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday May 28th: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday May 29th: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday May 30th: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday May 31st: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The veterinary clinic will be closed for regular appointments on Memorial Day, but is available for emergencies or if you find your pet and want them checked over by a doctor, please call us at 641-743-2138

Thank you everyone for your generous donations of pet supplies we have received so far!

As people have come to gather supplies for their fur kids, there are items that we need more of and some supplies that people have asked for that we don't have.

We still have plenty of dog and cat food, so please don't worry, the kids won't go hungry

He has been examined by Dr. Melissa and he has no obvious injuries sustained by the tornado

Happy Veterinary Receptionist Week!!

This week we are celebrating our two awesome receptionists: Amy and Erika! 🎉🎉

We're a little late to the party on this post. We meant to do this on Monday but this is what happens when we're celebrating the person who is in charge of Facebook posts....😂

Did you know that veterinary receptionists are just as important as doctors and technicians? They help make the schedule run smooth, they triage emergency vs non-emergency calls, work out computer issues (when it's probably user error.... looking at you Dr. Schulteis!!)

We are very grateful to have these two as a part of our team.

Here's something about each of them:
What is your favorite thing about your job?
- Erika: "Seeing different cases every day! It's nice when there is a change in the routine."
-Amy: "Getting to know all of our animal patients!"

How long have you been with the clinic?
- Erika: "4 years!"
- Amy: "6 months!"

What do you like to do when you're not at work?
- Erika: "Spending time outside with Miya, gardening, racing, and motorcycle Sundays."
-Amy: "I like to travel! Anywhere. Reading is also fun."

🥾It's that time of year again! We're kicking off our Shoes 4 Shelter Shoe Drive!! 🎉 We're collecting any new/gently used shoes, sandals, heels, boots...basically anything still in good condition a person can put on their feet! 😉 If we can collect 100 bags (25 pairs in each bag) the rescue will earn $1,000!!! 🥳 We could really use that money right now to keep us going; so, we're hoping with all the Spring cleaning and garage sale leftovers, we'll reach our goal! 🙏 By the way, we want to clarify that the shoes we're collecting are not for the doggies, they're actually shipped overseas to families in need, so it's a win-win! ❤

***This Dog Gone Shoe Drive will run thru July 1st***
