✨Guardian Home opportunity ✨

Looking LOCAL (within 2 hour drive required, closer preferred) for guardian homes for two of our golden retriever breeding dogs, one boy and one girl. They are both adorable and sweet as they come! (They cannot go to the same home as they are intact siblings.)

They are six months old (pics are old, I will add newer ones asap), fabulous with other dogs, love everyone they meet, are well socialized, are crate and house trained, have had dna/genetic testing and hip and elbow radiographs (X-rays) and clearances done.

We know there is no shortage of interested parties when we don’t have a dogs available, but now that we do, we thought we would start with a post. Please reach out to [email protected] if you are interested!

[*As a guardian home, you are the permanent home for one of our breeding dogs. You are responsible for maintaining health insurance while they are in your care, but the dog itself is given to you for free. Once they are retired, they are spayed/neutered at our expenss, and full ownership transfers to the guardian family forever. Girls are usually bred once every year or two from the ages of two to six years old. Boys are usually picked up for studding as needed and returned the same day after breeding.]

We have some Goldador (Golden retriever x Labrador retriever) puppies available to great homes this January!

Our puppies are being raised by a professional service dog training organization and come with the beginning of crate and potty training. As well as early training on leash walking, gentle mouths, and impulse control. All the pups have been positively exposed to various people, experiences, and places. All the pups have had ENS, ESI, and Puppy Culture done with them. Adopters are given a comprehensive “preparing for adoption” checklist as well as access to our insight for help setting all families up for success when welcoming their newest family member!

These pups come from multiple generations of service dog lines. They are easygoing, focused, very easily trained and of course loving! Full clearances on parents are given.

Some of the pups we are looking to adopt out will be for puppies that we expect would prefer to be a family pet instead of a service dog, but with the right person/family they would be a really nice, ESA or therapy dog. We expect to have a few dogs that will be well suited to service work that we will not be keeping due to the high number of pups born in the litters and our program’s capacity. For these dogs we are seeking either professional dog trainers hoping to take a pup home to care for, train and then place as an older started dog or fully trained Service Dog. (An amazing option for dog trainers that have a client that can’t handle a puppy). Or someone seeking a service dog and is prepared for what the process of owner training will be like. We expect all people buying a prospect puppy to have a professional dog trainer selected that they will work with.
