📢Attention! 📢
We have decided to start an IEA Dressage Team here at Rosewood! We will be looking for riders for both the Middle School Division: Grades 4–8 and the Upper School (High School) Division: Grades 9–12
---
The Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) is a national organization that provides middle and high school students with the opportunity to compete in equestrian sports without needing to own a horse. Riders compete in Hunt Seat, Western, and Dressage disciplines at local, regional, and national levels. Horses are provided by the competition hosts, and riders are assigned mounts randomly, emphasizing horsemanship and adaptability.
Why Join IEA?
Affordable Competition – No need to own a horse to compete.
Skill Development – Improve riding ability, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
College & Career Opportunities – Gain experience for collegiate riding programs and scholarships.
Team Environment – Compete individually and as part of a team.
Fun & Friendships – Meet fellow equestrians and build lifelong connections.
IEA is a great way to grow as a rider, gain competition experience, and be part of a supportive equestrian community!
