Help us welcome Oslo to the SMS family! 🐾

This energetic young pup is here to work on socializing with other dogs since he hasn’t had much exposure to them. Along with general obedience, we’re also helping him learn better manners—especially when it comes to nipping at his kid sister. He’s got to learn that being a bully isn’t okay! Oslo is eager to learn and such a fun pup to work with. We can’t wait to see his progress! 🤩

This sweet boy is here to work on socializing properly with people and other dogs—without barking or lunging. He’s also learning to come when called, walk politely on a leash, and establish better boundaries at home, like not begging for food during mealtimes or mouthing for attention. Excited to see his progress!

Help us welcome Holly to the SMS family! 🥳

This spunky girl loves attention but sometimes struggles with impulse control in how she seeks it. She tends to pull on the leash—especially when she wants to greet other dogs—bark at people and dogs in the home, rush the door when leaving, and get mouthy to grab attention. Her parents are eager to learn how to manage and redirect these behaviors while also giving Holly productive ways to channel her energy. She’s such a smart pup, and we’re excited to help her become her best self! 🐾 ✨

Tuesday evening, we kicked off our AKC STAR Puppy classes! ✨🐶

Hunter, a 3-month-old Blue Heeler, and Rizzo, an 8-month-old Parti Yorkie, made incredible progress in just one class! We can’t wait to see how they grow over the next five weeks. Stay tuned for their training journey! 🐾🎓

Luna was just a puppy when COVID hit, causing her to miss out on crucial socialization and exposure to new environments, people, and other dogs. As a result, she struggles with reactivity to noises, strangers, and other dogs both in her apartment and on walks. She’s here to build confidence, navigate new environments with ease, and learn healthy boundaries when playing with other dogs. We can’t wait to see her progress! 🤩🐾

We are having so much fun this week working with this sweet girl on her general obedience. Her parents always dreamed of having a German Shepherd, and that dream came true with Sophie!
