One of the things nobody warns you of in this “business” how attached you will become to your “clients”. When you bring your fur baby in for a groom I love on them and form a bond with them to get them to trust me. I mean we groomers have to touch and clip a lot of places that are normally not ok for anyone else to just touch them. When you watch them go from an energetic puppy to a sweet old soul….. then when you ultimately have to say goodbye. Nobody tells you how hard that will be. You’re not just losing a “client” I lost a friend. A buddy. A wagging tail happy to see me that day. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your big journey! Thank you for trusting me! Thank you for letting me continue to learn and grow as you did too.
