"life is made of meetings and partings, that is the way of things" I got the news yesterday that one of my clients would be crossing the rainbow bridge tomorrow and I went to see her today for our last meeting. I have the best job one could ask for and I'm beyond thankful for it. This is the only downside to it, my clients time is shorter than ours. It was truly an honor and blessing to be of service. This is Cami, her sister was Mia who passed away 3 months ago to the day. My dad has always told me they are angels without wings and it is absolutely true. My dogs are all that gets me through the day in these dark times and I could never do enough to repay them for all they do for me. I don't usually put a lot of meaning into the things I do but hearing all their owners thank me and tell me how much I have done for them truly brings me to tears. As hard as it is I would not have it any other way. If I do leave some kind of legacy or mark on the this world I hope it is that I did all I could for them. Happy to know you'll be with your sister and I know Dakota will be waiting to greet you too, please give them and all my other dogs past my love. I love you all. No goodbyes, just until we meet again.

I write this with a heavy heart that I had to say goodbye to Mia this week. She's was an absolute gem and it was honor to take care of her. I already miss hearing her feet tapping as I open the door. See you on the other side boobah.
