🎃🐾 Tripps Trunk or Treat is Tomorrow! 🐾🎃

Join us Saturday, October 18th from 11 AM – 2 PM for a fun-filled event you won’t want to miss!

Helms Auto Sales has teamed up with the Friends of the Greensburg Decatur County Animal Shelter to make a difference — and add a little extra fun! 🐶🐱

🚚 Let’s fill the bed of the truck provided by Helms Auto Sales with donations for the shelter! If we can fill it up, Chris Ramey will get a pie in the face at the end of the event! 🥧😂 Everyone knows Chris rather it's with his volunteering or his voice on WTRE Radio.

🛒 Items most needed:

Cat litter (always needed!)

Puppy food

Kitten food

Wet cat food

Cleaning supplies

The truck is for bulk items, but if you have treats or small toys, you can still help fill the individual dog and cat Halloween buckets! 🎃

Let’s come together to support our shelter, have some laughs, and make this an amazing community event! ❤️

Tomorrow is the day!!!! We are so excited to see all of the little goblins and ghosts and their pets. The event is located in the Livestock Building at the Fairgrounds. Please try and utilize these entrances and parking lot.

All month long, we are collecting donations for the Greensburg-Decatur Co. Animal Shelter! 🐶🐱
They are always in need of cleaning supplies, treats, wet food (cat, kitten and dog), cat litter, and more. Please bring your donations to the bookstore and enter your name in the drawing for a store gift card! 🐶🐾📚

Spring is coming and so is the increased production of fleas!! Even if you don't see fleas on your pet, they should be kept on a regular flea preventative. Here at the shelter, we offer a topical solution (for dogs and cats) for just $17 per dose! Each dose lasts 30 days. It is the same brand we use here on our shelter pets. We accept cash and card payments! You can come pick up the meds and take them back home to administer them yourself, or you can bring your pets and we will administer the prevention for you :)
