Hope everyone had a great holiday and wishing you a happy, healthy new year!
Just wanted to take a minute to update on my restocking progress. Currently the only items available at the Greensburg Petagogy are birthday bones and birthday cupcakes. This weekend I baked peanut butter banana bunnies and bacon biscuits. Those are going to be sent to my packaging department (a.k.a. my mom and dad 😃). I will have them back in stock later this week & will be baking my other flavors as I have time this week.

Two shopping days left to get your pet’s gifts at Petagogy! (Open regular hours 10-8 Saturday)
Holiday toys and treats are 20% off and that does include my decorated cookies. The Greensburg store sold out early on Friday but Shadyside still had a few left. There are also only about 10 6 ounce bags of my snacking size biscuits remaining in the Greensburg store. I am totally sold out of my two best sellers - peanut butter banana bunnies and bacon biscuits. All that’s left are pizza biscuits, cranberry biscuits, and grain free peanut butter banana. Birthday biscuits are sold out as well but I am planning to decorate some today. There are birthday cupcakes in the freezer at the Greensburg store. Thank you all for being such amazing customers and loving my biscuits. Merry Christmas! 🎄🐾

Fresh batch of cupcakes just out of the oven! I’ll add icing and top each with a biscuit tomorrow. They will be in Petagogy’s (Greensburg store) freezer before the end of the weekend. Each cupcake is $3.99 plus tax.

if you have not made it to Petagogy to get your decorated holiday biscuits don’t wait! The Greensburg store only has about 20 individual decorated cookies and about a dozen of the large reindeer bones left. The six packs of cookies shown in this picture are sold out in Greensburg. Shadyside usually sells a little faster than Greensburg but I don’t have an actual count for them.

Now that my holiday biscuits are finished and available for purchase at both Petagogy locations, I have decided to take December off from decorating biscuits. It’s been a busy three months of Halloween, Thanksgiving, & Christmas decorating. *I will still be baking my regular snacking biscuits as needed and any cake orders this month.*
After the new year, I will start on Valentine biscuits. Those will be available around the third week of January at both Petagogy locations.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I hoped to have all of my Christmas biscuits fully decorated by today, but I am a little bit behind. These bones are the final shape I have to decorate. I will be turning them into reindeer. There are large and small sizes.
Although this might seem like an odd Thanksgiving/grateful kind of post the reason I am behind is because on Monday my sweet 23 year old cat Tien passed away. 
Way back in the year 2000, I had just moved out of my parents’ house and was living in my first apartment. One day in February I was in Petsmart and Fayette friends of animals had cats there for adoption. I was walking past the cages and one cat reached her paw out to me. I had never had a cat before and adopting a cat was not even on my radar. We just connected and she came home with me that day. A few months later, we adopted Biskit who is this business is named for. Tien outlived him by 12 years. We had many interesting moments over the course of her long life. There was the time Tien snuck out of the house without anyone knowing. She was missing for three weeks. Thankfully we ended up catching her in a humane trap right on our front porch. Even in her later years, she continued to rule our house. She would often come into the kitchen and sit next to the dog water bowl. If she was there, my two 90 pound labs would not dare to get a drink of water.
Although my heart is broken, I am tremendously thankful for the more than two decades I had with her and that I was able to give her a great life.
As we approach the final month of 2023, I am also thankful for all the great customers who have enjoyed my biscuits and cakes this year. I hope you all enjoy the day with your loved ones. ❤️🐾

Gingerbread reindeer progress - they just need noses & eyes
After this, I have one last set of biscuits to decorate. These bones will all be turned into reindeer. There are about 75-80 bones - big and small sizes.

Happy 13th birthday to my own baby Slater 🐾❤️ when your mom runs a dog bakery you don’t necessarily always get the fanciest cake 😂
Last week when I was transferring a bone shaped cake onto a cooling grid to pour the icing on it, the cake broke in half. Luckily, I always do my base icing one day in advance so I had time to bake a new cake. Slater’s cake is 1/2 of that broken cake
