It may be a little late, but we're so grateful to have been busy! We had a wonderful time at the Greenville Christmas Parade. A big thank you to Beth , our Opawz dye distributor, for helping us with the fun colors and getting us all set up for the parade. It was a blast celebrating the holiday season with the community!

Just a quick heads-up as we dive into the bustling holiday season! November and December are shaping up to be pretty busy, so if you haven't secured your holiday appointments yet, now's the time to plan ahead! 🎄✂️

We also want to let you know that we'll be implementing a strict cancellation policy during this peak period. As a small business, we rely on your support, and last-minute cancellations can really impact our operations. We kindly ask for at least 2 days' notice if you need to cancel. If you cancel the day before your appointment, there will be a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the appointment price. Rescheduling will only take place once any fees are settled.

To help keep things smooth and avoid any last-minute changes, we’ll be sending out more reminder messages! You’ll receive your first one 6 days before your appointment, and during this busy time, expect additional reminders 3 days prior and 2 hours before.

Thanks for your understanding, and we can’t wait to see you and your furry friends soon! 🐾❤️

Did You Know? The History of the Middle Finger...
Well, now...,.. here's something I never knew before, and now that I know it, I feel compelled to share with my intelligent friends in the hopes that they too, will feel blessed in having gained more knowledge. History is way more fun when you know more fun facts about it, don’t you agree?
Before the Battle of Agincourt in 1415, the French, anticipating victory over the English, proposed to cut off the middle finger of all captured English soldiers. Without the middle finger it would be impossible to draw the renowned English longbow and therefore they would be incapable of fighting in the future. This famous English longbow was made of the native English Yew tree, and the act of drawing the longbow was known as 'plucking the yew' (or 'pluck yew'), Much to the bewilderment of the French, the English won a major upset and began mocking the French by waving their middle fingers at the defeated French, saying, See, we can still pluck yew!
Over the decades Americans have since changed up the words , the 'pluck yew' is now "f**K you" and the words often used in conjunction with the one-finger-salute! It is also because of the pheasant feathers on the arrows used with the longbow that the symbolic gesture is known as 'giving the bird.' And yew thought yew knew every plucking thing.
