Dear Friends and Loyal Customers,
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of my Saltwater Aquarium store. Due to circumstances beyond my control, specifically ongoing issues with the AC, I am no longer able to continue operating the business as I had hoped. Unfortunately, the failure of the system also led to the loss of tens of thousands of dollars worth of livestock, which has made it impossible to recover and move forward.
Running a small business with no loans, no financial backing, and purely through hard work has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of my life. Every success felt personal, and every setback came with the weight of knowing I was doing it all on my own. There’s nothing easy about building something from the ground up, but the passion I had for this community and the store kept me going, even on the toughest days.
Over the past nine years, it has been an incredible journey serving this community. I’ve put my heart, blood, and sweat into building a space where ocean lovers and hobbyists could come together and experience the beauty of marine life. Watching your excitement as you discovered something new or shared your passion with others was the reason I gave it my all every day. I genuinely loved this hobby and teaching people new things about it.
I want to thank each and every one of you for the support, trust, and love you’ve shown me and the store over the years. Your enthusiasm for this hobby fueled me, and it was my honor to provide you with the best experience I could. Although this chapter is closing, I will forever cherish the memories and friendships made.
