Ellie (10/16/15-6/20/25)

Ellie was our first (and only) chocolate lab.

She came in for training when we first started all this and she never left.

She had the loudest, happiest tail.

She is the dog we compare all other chocolate labs to.

Of all the hundreds of dogs we’ve been around, nobody was more excited to greet me than Ellie.

Thanks for everything Ellie. You will be missed.

NEW GROOMING SCHEDULE!

We’ve added an additional groomer to our team so we are increasing daily appointments and availability.

Our updated grooming schedule is:

Full service grooming Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Baths Only: Monday, Friday, and Saturday morning.

Let’s talk about Wally.

Wally and his owner are new to our area and live close to the kennel.

One day a couple months back they stopped by to meet us and check out the place. Wally’s owner decided to leave him for a night’s stay and a bath during a short trip to see how it went.

For Wally’s first visit his owner brought anti-anxiety meds and his own food and bedding. He was anxious and vocal and was even biting at the kennel panels.

Fast forward to today and Wally has stayed with us nearly 45 total nights in 2025!

Now when Wally shows up he runs right in like he owns the place.

His owner doesn’t even bring his anxiety meds or bedding or food. He claims he likes our stuff better 😂😂

Why are we a place where dogs feel at home?

In my opinion, it's because we have the best team of folks who genuinely care about the pets and families we serve.

I am often asked "how long will that dog stay on place?"

Well today I left the kennel to go to a lunch Jiu Jitsu class and forgot about her.

She was right here when I got back almost 2 hours later!
