Mellow came to see us today after worrying his owner with his constant sneezing. Our doctor and team did a nose to tail exam and determined most likely the cause was reverse sneezing. Recommended that he start some allergy medications and have his parents continue to monitor him.

Sweet Archie came to see us for having some eye discomfort. He was the sweetest little man and just wanted to sit cuddled in his mom's lap. Our team took the time to ensure that there was no scratch on his eye and then send him home with some pain medications and eye drops. We hope that you are feeling better Archie!

Mr. Shiloh came to see us on Saturday for a broken toe nail. We were able to get him sedated and take care of the issue quickly. Shiloh was the best boy and the team loved all the snuggles he wanted to give! We hope you are feeling better Shiloh!

Buddy came to see us on Sunday after he got into the bathroom trash. Our team was able to induce emesis and get back all the things that he ate. With him being so young we took the time to educate his family on how to train him to prevent this in the future.

Do not let this sweet babies appearance fool you. This is poor little guy was discovered by his new family with a swollen head which turned out to be an abscess. The team took the time to clip and clean him. We were able to get him started on antibiotics and will make hopefully a quick recovery. His new family is still deciding on his name our favorite option? Danny Devito!

Murphy wanted to give everyone a reminder that as Halloween festivities kick off chocolate is not a dog's best friend! Take it from him that while it might be tasty going down coming back up is not nearly as fun. Make sure to keep all those delicious treats away from our furry family members. And maybe try to not include them in the trick or treater just to be less tempted.
If they do sneak some our team will be there for them to get them on the way to feeling better!

Chico came to see us this past Thursday after his owner were concerned about him eating a grape. Our team was able to induce vomiting with a medication that went IV. Chico produce many things but no grape. His family will follow up with their regular veterinarian to check some bloodwork in the next couple days.

Sometimes you need to bring your emotional support brother with you to the doctors. Willie felt this was case as he brought his brother Hank along for the ride. Willie was suffering from a little bit of a nose bleed and his owners were worried. We took the time to make sure there were no obvious causes for the discomfort and sent him home with some medications to help. He will follow up with if the nose bleed continues.

Look at this sweet smile! Miss Maya came to see us for having some diarrhea. She was feeling good otherwise but her owners wanted some peace of mind. Our team did a full nose to tail exam and recommended some diagnostics. Maya went home with some medications to hopefully help resolve the diarrhea. We hope you are feeling better Maya!

Do not let Missy's grumpy face fool you. She loved every minute of the attention she was getting at UrgentVet Greenville last week. She came in last Tuesday for not feeling well. Our team did a thorough exam on her, ran a urinalysis, and sent her home with some medications to help her feel better. Missy will be following up with for continued care. With the heat still in full swing, remember that our furry friends feel it too! Walking your dog in hot weather can lead to heatstroke and other injuries. Here's why: Concrete and asphalt retain heat, making it much hotter for your pet, and these surfaces can burn their paw pads. When it’s above 80-85 degrees, it’s best to walk your dog in the early morning or at dusk. If that’s not possible, keep walks short and stay on the grass. Always provide plenty of water and watch for signs of heatstroke, such as excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, and confusion. If you notice any of these, bring your pet to us right away.
