✨Blackjack✨
Up for adoption is this sweet older gentleman who is ready for all your adventures!

Trail deluxe this guy will go through the trees, over the mountains and down the streams! He may be on the older side at an estimated 15-17 years but you can’t tell him that! He still has plenty of go and enjoys being out and about! He has been to several endurance rides and has shown great potential at every turn.

He would need a confident rider as he still has plenty of speed but is a level headed trustworthy mount. He will lead or follow down the trail for many miles without tiring. He has a nice slow walk, a bit of a bouncy trot and a fast canter!

He can be buddy sour so he would need an experienced rider for solo riding as he does not like to be held back from being with his buddies but hey who does! He much prefers to ride with others if that’s your jam then he’s the guy for you! He will ride out alone but it requires some arguing and persuasion as he is less confident alone and needs a strong leader to help him move out.

This guy has a lot of life left in him and he’s ready to get out there and hit the trails with his next forever person!

UPDATE❤️❤️❤️ the boys have been found❤️❤️😁

Two horses that were adopted out a few years ago were stolen today. Please be on the lookout for these precious babies. The owners are devastated.

🌈Nyssa🌈

This week we were faced with making a heart breaking decision. We had to say goodbye to our sweet little Nyssa and lay her to rest in a final act of kindness. She was on a pain management protocol and getting corrective trims every 4 weeks but no amount of rehabilitation could undo her life of suffering. The neglect she experienced and the damage to her small body was extensive. She spent too many years lying in a pasture unable to move without extreme pain and the strain on her organs was too much. We did everything we could but in the end her heart began to fail. She was having a difficult time breathing and the upcoming winter would have been too much for her. Some things just cant be fixed with love and care or we would never have to say goodbye. Thankfully, her story didn’t end in that pasture alone. She had been welcomed into her own little herd of small donkeys and ponies. She made friends who gave her comfort and companionship. She knew love and proper care. She may have been mini but her impact was far from it.
Special thanks to her wonderful farrier Lacey, who did wonders with her feet and the hero who rescued her, Aly ❤️❤️.
