Our hearts ache for our neighbors in WNC who lost so much during Hurricane Helene. We are looking for ways to help, so for now we are going to start collecting relief items at the store for those who want to donate. I have shared a list of needed items from the Runway Relief Project below. If you’re headed to the store today, please consider bringing a donation to help our neighbors and the volunteers that are helping them up in WNC.

We have power back at the store and plan to reopen tomorrow for normal hours. If there are any changes to hours for the next week or so, we will let you know here.
We have several battery operated air pumps coming in tomorrow and more on Wednesday. All the fishies, plants and coral weathered the storm just fine.
We hope everyone is staying safe. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the Hurricane.

Unfortunately, we still do not have power at the store. We will not be opening today.

We are OPEN! We will be here for as long as we feel we have enough light to be open. We still don’t have power, so the store is dark and the floors are damp in a few places from condensation. We have the registers running on a battery pack at the moment, but please bring cash just in case.
We do not have any battery powered air pumps left in stock. All our frozen and refrigerated food was lost. But we have water, dry goods, and livestock (for those who have power/generators).
We ask that customers use caution getting to the store and while in the store. We want everyone to stay safe, but we want to be here to help if you need anything for your fishy friends.

Ocean's Floor exists to provide a place for aquaria enthusiasts and hobbyists to come for advice, livestock, plants, and a wide selection of tanks and supplies. Specifically, Ocean's Floor is a niche/specialized pet store. We sell saltwater fish and corals, African cichlids, tropical fish, plants, aquariums and supplies.
Ocean’s Floor also provides aquarium installation & servicing for commercial to residential applications and everything in between. We are partnered up with the biggest brands in the industry to ensure our ability to provide every system with what it needs to be successful. We can taylor a service plan for any customer and offer a variety of options from weekly to monthly service. Our competitive rates are based on system size and location and we have a team of 4 maintenance specialists to provide optimal service when you need it.

We have an ever changing selection of saltwater fish and inverts, live coral, tropical fish and inverts, African cichlids & Plants. If we don’t have it, we are happy to special order at no addition cost. We also are proud to carry Eco-Friendly product offerings such as Caribsea Life Rock and Real Reef Rock!
