🎶 It's me, hi, I'm the problem, it's me🎶

Back to reality it is 🫠 Moving forward we will have some big changes implemented that some may not necessarily be thrilled about but is imperative to allow us to get back to a place of genuinely enjoying grooming again without feeling so spread thin as the load of attempting to cater to everyone humanly possible was already becoming too heavy to bear (struggles of being a people pleaser) 🧘🏻‍♂️ With the recent change in our personal lives it has pushed us to make these adjustments sooner than we anticipated (was already in the works) 🥲 Below will be some of the upcoming changes effective immediately 👇🏻

🖤 All new client appointments will have to be cancelled - You will be contacted directly if you have an appointment that is being removed from our schedule & we are happy to assist with trusted local referrals

🩶 With the exception of a select few, we will no longer be accepting Full Service canines over 40lbs - Enrolled clientele on our Saturday schedule will remain unaffected at this time

🖤 Invoices will be due within 24 hours of being sent

🩶 We'll be requiring enrolled clientele to maintain visits every 4-8 weeks to ensure availability & pets are properly maintained

Recently many appointments have been abruptly cancelled & it only feels right to maintain transparency with those we see regularly if we wish to continue with personal growth 🥺 Michael & I have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple 😔 We fell deeply in love so many years ago & have had a magical rollercoaster of a journey together that we are eternally grateful for 🙏🏻 Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is at times a complicated adventure which is ultimately taking us on different paths ❤️‍🩹 We are trying to support each other through this very difficult time while adjusting to the change 👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼 This has been a challenging process for both of us & we are thankful for the support of our friends, family & community in helping us through this chapter. Please: we ask for your kindness, prayers, & love as we walk this out together 🫶🏻
