Payment Policy Update
Dear valued clients,
We hope this letter finds you and your furry companions well! As a dog training business, we take great pride in providing exceptional service to both our clients and their beloved pets. However, we have recently noticed an issue with late payments for our services.
We would like to remind all clients that payment is due immediately at the time of booking. Any payment not made on time will incur a $10 late fee per day.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly ask that you communicate with us if you anticipate any issues with payment.
For our repeat services, we require a valid credit card on file to ensure on time payments for services rendered.
We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some, but it is necessary to maintain the quality of service that we strive to provide. Should payments continue to not be made in a timely manner, we will move to the next client in line on the waitlist anticipating our services.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We value your business and look forward to continuing to work with you and your furry companions in the future.
