One of the coolest things one can bless someone with is a "fantastic goodbye." You know when you give an animal or a person the "time of their life" before they pass away into the next dimension.
Not to "toot my own horn" but I've been privileged to do so twice in my life. The first dog I ever called my own, Molly, was the first. She was aging with cancer. When I knew the time was close I gave her a fantastic last week. Tons of walks, favorite foods, extra loving etc.. The second time I did this was my 2nd dog, Kaos. Again, cancer. This time I only got a few days but I spoiled him to the best of my ability for those few days. Then did what I knew had to be done to prevent anymore suffering for him and even hardships for those around me. π
It's a great feeling knowing they went out feeling sought of good and happy with life rather then suddenly in any pain or discomfort.
It's something that truly shows the size of one's heart to care enough about another living creature to the extent you literally sacrifice so much to give them a truly fantastic send off, "time of their life," before they enter the next dimension. Shows you value life and loyalty. π―
Everyone meet Hercules number 2. He's a rescue who's had some unfortunate experiences in his life but for the past year plus, he has been living the life of luxury. Tons of Attention, high quality foods, exercise, regular vet visits. The life he's always deserved thanks to someone i consider one of my best friends ever. That's because we've never done each other any wrong.
Anyways I kind of forgot where I was going with this post. I'm a little bad with memory as I get older haha. True story.
Hercules is 14. And very thanks to a great person. π― β
