Great news!
Rocky and his parents saw me yesterday for a 30 min eval.
Rocky has always had his #2 in the house. He picked up on going #1 outside but just couldn't figure out the other part.

Well, today he finally did his business outside.
Getting a text from mom with "his first p**p outside" was music to my ears!

What advice did I give them:
1. Take him outside hourly
2. Less freedom - on leash or in crate
3. Enzyme cleaner and black light
4. Don't praise too early - wait till bottom is up

Rocky is a sweet puppy who came today for a 30 min eval. He knew sit and left with learning a whole lot more. Looking forward to partnering with his parents on his future growth journey. He is going to be amazing!

This is so spot on
- I don't recommend you purchase or adopt two puppies at once
-Serious issues can arise
-separation anxiety
-aggression bc they aren't bonded with u (bonded too heavily with the sibling)

In general - get one dog at a time

Spot on!!! Get a p**per scooper and clean your yard daily! Those pups walk back into your house - so keep it clean

I’m sorry, but you can’t claim to have learned from my classes or say how much you love your dogs if the only yard they have to walk in is covered in their own f***s.

It’s both irresponsible and unsanitary—for your dogs, your family, and anyone visiting your property.

Clean up after your dogs. It’s a basic part of responsible ownership and shows respect for their well-being.

Dog owners who have installed dog doors are often the worst offenders.

While the convenience of a dog door is appealing, it can condition owners to neglect an essential part of the routine: going outside with their dogs and picking up waste immediately.

Letting them use the yard on their own doesn’t mean you’re off the hook.

If you truly value your dogs, take the time to provide them with a clean, healthy environment.

Sammy is a rescue and he is absolutely lovely. We had to work on his potty training a little bit and because of the situation he was in, he does not like to be left alone. So working on his crate skills while we're gone has been a top priority.

His personality is absolutely lovely and he wants to please.
He goes to his for ever home on Sunday. We will miss this sweet baby!

I really like this food and Fromm. Both are avail Doods and Dames Dog Bakery in Barling.

If your dog has gas - the food you are feeding probably isn't the best for him/her.

If u switch food- do it slow slowly. Take out a little bit of the old every day and add a little bit of the new. Switching quickly can, in some dogs, cause the "runs".
So go slow.

We started to give back- providing free training to our local shelter. The dogs in this video all need homes. Most of the people working with them in my class are all volunteers. Bless them.!

When you have a dog that likes to Mark, you must absolutely treat this dog just like a puppy. You must manage this by watching him not giving him the free run of your house.

During my lessons, we discuss neutrality all of the time!
It's so so important. Neutrality with dogs and humans.
Keeping your dogs (multiple dog households) under control is key. If you don't teach this - your other dog can become aggressive - as they feel u never stepped in
