Hello everyone! Hopefully the new year is going well for all I can’t believe we are already a month in!🙃

I am currently accepting new clients but I still strongly encourage my existing clients to prebook as far in advance as possible to secure your spot!
**I will be on vacation starting the 13th so February is almost fully booked**

I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!! With the busiest time of the year already here I figured now would be the perfect time for a policy update!!!

KELS&KIPS POLICIES:

* Anyone rescheduling/cancelling within 12 hours of their appt or any no call/no show will be charged 50% of their total in order to rebook

* Drop-off: Dogs must be here by the time of your appointment or even 5-10minutes early. Please feel free to walk in the side door for drop off or just send a text and I will come get your dog from your car! (Being 5-15 minutes late makes it VERY hard for me to get everyone done and out on time for the rest of that day)

*Pick-up: Dogs must be picked up within 1 HOUR of my text. Dogs still here longer than an hour after finished will be charged an extra $10 to the total then an extra $5 for every 30mins after that.

I love all my clients and I try very hard to give you guys the best quality grooms at fair prices. Please feel free to still communicate with me with any questions/concerns. I am more than happy to work with you guys I just need communication🌈🤗

Thank you to everyone being patient with me on replying a quickly!!😮‍💨🤗 Grooming and scheduling and doing it all, I want to make sure every pup in my shop gets the best treatment so I normally won’t reply to messages while I’m grooming for the day✂️

❗️Also just a heads up that I am booking up fast!! NEW clients will be scheduled starting Tuesday April 19th and so on❗️
I want to make sure I have space for my existing clients so pre-booking is highly recommended for my existing clients if you’re wanting a groom for the month of April/may🐶
