We will be open on Monday the 20th! Since Monday is a holiday and several local businesses will be closed we are going to try to accommodate those that can’t typically make it in during the week. We are usually closed on Mondays but possibly looking to change that since we have brought in more groomers. Give us a call or message if you’d like to book this upcoming Monday 😊🐾 479-322-9201.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for allowing us the privilege of taking care of your pets (family members). We know there have been a lot of changes here the last 2 years that we have been in our new Shop and hope they have been for the good.
We know there is always room for improvement. There are a lot of new faces with us adding new groomers. I think they are getting settled in now that they have been here a while. I wanted to make this post to see what we could do here to make your experience here even better. With our New Year goals I wanted to get feedback on previous experiences and see what we can improve upon. I would love to hear both the positive and the negative to help with what we need to do to make those improvements. Feel free to message me privately if that makes you more comfortable. We are exploring ideas of different drop off times to help with the longer stays that doesn't work for some and express appointments that would work better for others.

Just a reminder that our hours are 7a.m.-5p.m. We just ask our clients to be mindful of those hours and please pick up by 5. If you need a later pickup time, that can be arranged if you let us know when scheduling your appointment. If we know in advance our employees can plan for that. I know our schedules can all be hectic and we understand sometimes things happen that cannot be avoided. We do want to let everyone know that we are so THANKFUL for each and everyone of you.🐾❤️

Some of the pups were very disappointed when we told them it wasn’t quite time for the turkey yet😅😅 They misunderstood us when we told them they were all cleaned and ready for Thanksgiving. 🙊
