I stopped on the way home from Dr. Baker‘s house and found a deceased white cat on the side of the road. Of course I had my scanner so I just checked in for a chip and he had a microchip. I called the microchip company and they left a message with the owner. The owner just called and I told her that he was deceased. That is probably the most heartbreaking call that I have had to do in a while . 😭😢😭😩

The last time I saw Blanca was 2021… she has been in foster since she was just a pup. The “Foster“ that had her since 2021 has refused to let us take her for vaccines and has refused to give her back. We got the call this morning finally after three long years. She had been picked up and was at Hamilton Humane. I went to pick her up and she has an injury to her mouth. That was probably a result of the officers getting her with a catchpole last night when they arrested, whoever was taking care of her. She was tied up outside. Can’t wait to see the Blanca I used to know. First picture was the last time I saw her the others are from today.

I think they look like siblings… Frankie on the right has a lot of Merle. Hippo on the left has a little bit of Merle. They were both adopted from shelters. I am hoping that Cheryl does a DNA test on her Frankie to see if they are related.

When we got TT in Jan a few days later her old owner asked if I would also take Cane(her housemate). He was lost without her and she seemed depressed as well. She wasn’t ready to give him up yet so I just let it go. Well yesterday she asked if I would still take him and I said yes(shocker I know). I left him at work tonight so her could get neutered and the works tomorrow . They were so happy to see each other again .
