Ohhh winter, she is my most spirited girl. Challenge is her middle name. She loves to test me and make me bring my A game. She’s stronger than Superman and kicks harder than a ufc fighter. When I take her picture at the end she looks at me and I can hear her say she’ll win the next one 🤣 but I love her spunky spirit and I will take every bronco buck, alligator roll, matrix move she throws at me🌵💜🥃

I will be leaving March 18-31 for some much needed time off in Florida💜 I will bring my appointment book with me and work on Appointments in my downtime. If you need to change or cancel, just let me know. I’m looking forward to coming back refreshed and refocused.❤️✂️💈🐾

Updated 2024 Doggy Styles Policies
I feel like I need to buckle down this year on enforcing my policies. I’m understanding and quite lenient for a lot of things but it’s starting to be a lot.

-Please arrive at your scheduled appointment in a timely manner. If your appointment starts at 10am that means I want the dog on my table by 10am. 15 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment or reduced services such as bath only. I book a specific amount of time for each groom and between grooms. If you’re late it creates a domino effect and I’m found trying to makeup that time.
-Pickup: Unless scheduled with me prior to your appointment, I cannot hold dogs long after they are finished or it will result in a daycare fee.
-Payment is due when services are rendered. If you opt for an invoice & don’t pay by the start of the new week, it will result in a late charge of $5 per day.
-Cancellations: I require 24hrs notice of canceled appointments so I have time to fill that spot. Anytime after will result in cancellation fee of 50% of the groom price.
-No Call/No Show will result in 100% of the groom fee before next appointment will be considered. If it becomes a habit you will be fired as a client and referred out. No exceptions.
