Country Ranch Green Beans and Potatoes with Bacon ๐ฅ๐ฅฌ๐ฅ
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces ๐ฅฌ
4 cups baby potatoes (or 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced) ๐ฅ
6 slices bacon, chopped ๐ฅ
1 onion, diced ๐ง
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐ง
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix ๐ฟ
1 cup chicken broth ๐
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme ๐ฟ
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary ๐ฟ
Salt and pepper, to taste ๐ง
2 tablespoons olive oil (optional, if needed) ๐ซ
Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set it aside, leaving the drippings in the pan. ๐ฅ๐ฅ
