Hearty Chicken and Vegetable Stew ๐Ÿฒ

# Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cooked and shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups chicken broth

Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops with Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
For the pork chops:
4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the scalloped potatoes:
4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a baking dish for the potatoes.
Arrange potato slices in the greased dish. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until the top is golden and potatoes are tender.
Meanwhile, season pork chops with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Press grated Parmesan on both sides of each chop.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve pork chops with cheesy scalloped potatoes on the side.

Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots

Ingredients:
โ€ข 2 pounds baby carrots
โ€ข 1/2 cup butter
โ€ข 1/4 cup honey
โ€ข 4 garlic cloves, minced (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
โ€ข 1/2 teaspoon salt
โ€ข Cracked black pepper to taste
โ€ข 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
1. Prepare the Honey Garlic Butter Sauce: In a pan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the honey and stir until fully combined with the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
2. Coat the Carrots: Add the baby carrots to the sauce in the skillet and toss them gently to coat evenly. Allow the sauce to thicken for about a minute while tossing the carrots through it. Season the carrots with salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
3. Roast the Carrots: Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Lightly grease a large baking sheet and arrange the carrots in a single layer on the sheet to ensure even cooking. Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
4. Broil for Crispy Edges: After roasting, turn the oven to broil and cook the carrots for an additional 2-3 minutes on high heat to crisp and char the edges slightly. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
5. Garnish and Serve: Remove the roasted carrots from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the top for a pop of color and flavor. Serve the Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots hot and enjoy!

Spaghetti & Spinach with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
12 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups fresh spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add spinach to the skillet, cooking until wilted, then toss in the cooked spaghetti.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.

Crack Green Beans with crispy bacon and a delicious brown sugar glaze

Ingredients:
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) green beans, drained (or 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, steamed)
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the Green Beans:
If using fresh green beans, steam them until tender and drain well. For canned green beans, simply drain and rinse.
3. Make the Brown Sugar Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
4. Assemble the Dish:
Place the green beans in the prepared baking dish and top them with the crumbled bacon.
Pour the brown sugar glaze over the green beans and bacon, stirring to ensure everything is evenly coated.
5. Bake the Green Beans:

Garlic Bread Cheesy Sloppy Joe Bake ๐Ÿž๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ”

๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 garlic bread slices
Salt and pepper to taste
๐Ÿ“ Instructions:

Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain fat.
Add Sauce: Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Assemble: Layer sloppy joe mixture in a baking dish. Top with cheese and place garlic bread slices on top.
Bake: Bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
1 package (20 ounces) refrigerated cheese ravioli
Directions:
Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add the cherry tomatoes and garlic to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make Cranberry Glaze: In the same skillet, add the cranberries, cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and thyme. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens slightly.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 ยฝ cups salsa
1 ยฝ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
Sour cream and chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and salsa.
In a large bowl, combine the cheddar cheese and ricotta cheese.
Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the beef mixture and cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish, pour the enchilada sauce on top, and sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and heated through.

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix ๐ŸŒฟ

Creamy Ricotta Beef Stuffed Shells Pasta ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿฒ

Ingredients:

20 large pasta shells
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ยฝ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
ยฝ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1 large egg, beaten
2 ยฝ cups tomato basil sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
Boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and oregano, cooking until fragrant. Let cool slightly. Combine beef with ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
Spread 1 cup tomato basil sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture and arrange in the dish. Pour remaining tomato basil sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
