As long as I can remember animals have been a big part of my life. Growing up on the edge of town where every one seemed to drop off unwanted animals I spent most of my childhood rescuing and caring for dogs, cats and birds of all kinds. It is with this heart of love for animals that my childhood dreams are coming true spending my days with dogs, cats and other animals. We are opening a dog daycar

e and animal boarding business that is centered around the needs of the animals and their owners. You can bring your dogs for half days as well as full days and of course overnights stays. While dogs will spend most of their time outside of cages running and playing, lounging on comfortable chairs or curled up on a soft bed and blanket. When not relaxing in a heated and air conditioned building they will be playing outside in a 2000 sq foot fenced in area. The outside area has several trees and is surrounded by a forest which provides a park like setting. Call today to talk to us about your pets unique needs. We are so excited to share our new website and pet parent platform with you all!!

**All customers please read the following information**

The Gingr Pet Parent Portal and Mobile App is our new and improved way to manage your pets account, create bookings, update new records, and even view updates during their stay!

There are three ways to create your account:

1. Access the portal on desktop by following this link-
https://southerncountrypetcare.portal.gingrapp.com/ #/public/login

If you do not already have a customer portal account, you can create one from this page by choosing the “Sign Up” button.

2. Access the portal through the Gingr Pet Parents Mobile App-

You can download the free mobile app by searching for “Gingr for Pet Parents” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
To access the customer portal using the app, you will need to use the invite code:

Once you have downloaded the Gingr for Pet Parents app from the Apple App or Google Play store, you will need to enter the invite code provided and then tap Continue. After the invite code has been entered successfully, you will be immediately taken to the portal login page where you can sign up using the email address that you have on file with us.

3. Access the portal through our brand new website (please check it out!!) at:

https://southerncountrypetcare.com

**All existing and new customers Please create a pet parent account and fill out all Information fields for each of your pets! **

Please note:

-You will need to provide information (such as current pet vaccinations and contact info) that we may already have on file at SCPC again as your new Gingr account will provide us with more information than we currently have. You only need to take the time to create this account once. We promise it will ensure the best experience for you and your pets!

-We will continue bookings over the phone for the next few weeks to allow customers time to create their account and get used to the new platform. We will update you when the site is live for booking reservations!
