My dogs seem so much happier boarding here than at other places. Boarding can be combined with Play Care, and I usually will sign my dogs up for Play Care every day while they are boarding. This allows them to be in the company of other dogs under supervision, and with some time out to rest in smaller kennels at the periphery of the large indoor play area. It keeps them engaged and active, rather than just being bored hanging out in their indoor/outdoor run. I would give Hollycrest 5 stars if had a live stream video of the play area, like another dog day care we had tried, or if I could get more detailed feedback when I call to ask how they were doing besides, "oh, they're doing good" when we are out of town. I guess those are all just owner problems. I know my dogs would give them 5 stars!
