Rylee's Rescue Pets Petting Zoo will be St Mark's Episcopal Church Harvey on Manhattan Blvd today 10/19 from 1p-3p. Come on out and meet our rescues. We will have some Rabbits & Guinea Pigs available for adoption.

Rylee's Rescue Petting Zoo will be at the Gretna Farmer's Market tomorrow Sat 3/23 9A-12P. Bring the kiddos for some snuggles and pictures with our animals! We will have baby Manda the newest addition to our rescue family and many more scaly & furry friends at the Gretna Marketplace on 3rd & Huey P Long Ave.

Many people receive bunnies as gifts without realizing they are a 10-year commitment. It is illegal to abandon an animal in Louisiana. The following graphic comes from Berario Bunnies. Just like a dog or a cat, you are not setting them free, you are sentencing them to a life of hardship and potential death.

At the Gretna Police Department, we want you to think of those bunnies the same you would a dog or cat - as a pet.
