Dear Gretna Animal Hospital Family,
I'm excited to share news that Gretna Animal Hospital has partnered with Petco, which will allow us to move forward with a continued commitment to help you care for your pets' physical, mental, social and emotional needs. Both Gretna Animal Hospital and Petco are bringing their strengths to this relationship and will complement each other.
My role as your veterinarian remains the same along with the staff you have come to know and trust. Rest assured, this was not a decision that was taken lightly. I conducted an extensive search looking for the perfect opportunity and feel partnering with Petco is the best decision for our clients and your pets, as well as for our team.
Petco's goal is to provide high quality healthcare, exceptional client care and education, and to work together as ateam for the best interest of pets. Joining Petco will provide our team with support ans allow us to focus on what we do best - care for your pet!
We will make every effort to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to our clients as well as our team, as we integrate with Petco, their systems and programs. From January 11th - January 22nd we will not be seeing patients as we update and train our team on a new IT system. We will reopen our doors ready to see your pet on January 23rd!
