Hello Clarabelle’s family! We have some important news to share with you all.
As we are all aware, prices are going up around us everywhere and unfortunately, our little business is not immune to that. From the tools we use to beautify your babies to the products we use to pamper them, costs have risen and we have also made new additions to our staff since we opened in 2022.
That being said, here is our new price list for the packages and individual services we offer for our furry clients. The prices listed will take effect on March 1st of this year (2025) and may result in an increase of the prices that have previously been being paid. Also, coat conditions and the behavior of your pup will play a role in their pricing as fur matting, dogs that thrash around, and attempt to bite take a toll on both our tools and our bodies.
We are also going to have to begin charging a “no-call, no-show” fee. It begins to take a financial toll when we have multiple clients not call us or show up for their appointments without at least 24 hours notice as we could have filled that slot with another appointment. Going forward, appointments canceled or not shown up for without 24 hour notice will require a $20 fee to re-book to receive another appointment. & While we do accept cards, cash and checks as methods of payment, we are going to be implementing a three percent charge for every card transaction.
We know this is a lot of information to process, and that is why we are giving you, our treasured clients, as much of a heads up as we can as we all move into this new chapter together. While NOT expected, tips are ALWAYS appreciated and always get to our employees that take care of your precious fur babies!!! ❤️
