With the weather warming up, is it too hot to walk your dog?
Always check the ground’s temperature before taking your pup for a walk. You can test it by placing the back of your hand on the ground and hold it there for five seconds. If it is too hot for your hand, then it could be too hot for your dog’s paws.
Also, you should always bring water for you and your dog! It is easy for everyone to get dehydrated in the heat of summer.
