❄️🚨 As we approach extreme cold weather conditions the Humane Society of Hobart will be closed on Monday, January 20th and Tuesday, January 21st.

The Humane Society of Hobart will be prepared for emergency response alongside the Hobart Police Department should an animal emergency arise.

❄️🚨 Please keep all pets indoors and limit the time they are outside. For animal related emergencies please call 911 or the animal control or non-emergency number in the city or town in which you reside.

"The FIX is IN!" has wrapped up its 2024 clinics, and we’re THRILLED to share that, through our partnership with Public Vet, over 14,000 cats were spayed or neutered in 2024! (The staff at Public Vet are truly spay/neuter superheroes—we’re not sure they ever sleep!)
