Hi everyone! I apologize for being so lax in updating you all on the happenings at 4B Farm lately. Let’s just say it’s been a tiny bit chaotic lately. Our delivery pickup
is broke down, yes again, and yes I know it’s becoming a pattern. This time it the power steering, so we are waiting on parts. It does have over 312,000 miles on it, so we can’t cuss it TOO loudly. Fortunately, or maybe unfortunately, I’m not sure which at the moment, the lettuce is growing veerrrrryyyy slowly, so we don’t have a lot to deliver.
There won’t be any bagged green leaf delivered on Monday, February 3rd. We will have romaine, and some butter crunch, but that will be limited. The weather is predicted to warm up next week (unless they change it again!), so that will help!

With all that being said, we are going to have to find a replacement pickup for delivering. I’ve been looking, but talk about sticker shock!😳 We might need a go fund me 😊. If anyone knows of a reliable pickup available for a reasonable price please DM me. It needs to be 4 wheel drive (we live in Sheridan Co, IYKYK), full crew cab, and a long box would be great, but not essential, preferably under 100k miles, but if the price is right, we would consider higher mileage, within reason.

Today’s tomato harvest, yes, it really is January 9th, and it’s 32* with freezing mist outside! There are good points to having this huge dome, that looks like a spaceship at night, in your back yard!
