🌟Weight loss story Testimony🌟 Paislee's Weight loss Journey - Rhonda Delk "In April 2023, I brought Paislee into the Grinnell Vet Clinic because she was having a lot of trouble with joint pain. She couldn't walk very far and struggled just getting up and laying down. She weighed 113lbs. We discussed a weight loss program for her. The doctor said her ideal weight was 55lbs and I thought they were crazy. I thought it would be impossible for her to lose that much weight. One year later and 40lbs lighter we've almost met our goal! She is at 73.6lbs now. 1) I never paid attention to calories in treats and food before. I didn't know I was overfeeding her. 2) The first changes I noticed were her mobility and increase in energy. 3) She wants to play with me more and is happier overall which makes me happier. 4) It has helped me to be more aware of my other two dogs' diets and it is now a second nature to check nutrition labels on dog food and especially treats. 5) Having an overweight pet is very difficult and highly affects their quality of life. I am so thankful for Dr. Brennan and Jessica for their help and encouragement in giving Paislee a better quality of life. She is like a whole new dog!"
