Hello Valued Patients and Clients,
We have updated our Covid-19 procedures, as society try's to get back to a new normalcy, we are still here to care for your furry family members. These procedures are in place to keep you (the client) and our staff safe.

•At this time we are allowing clients into the clinic with their pets but require a mask to be worn over your nose and mouth while you are in the building. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL IN ANY WAY, WE CAN OFFER YOU CURBSIDE SERVICE FROM THE PARKING LOT!!

•We also highly recommend that only one client enters the clinic at a time, by doing this we adhere to the 6-foot rule in our lobby. You are also welcome to call from your vehicle upon arrival for your appointment to see if it is clear to come into the building.

•If you would like to continue to wait in your vehicle for curbside service, you can give us a call when you get here and an assistant will come out to retrieve your pet for his or her services. PLEASE STAY in the parking lot while we work on your pet and we will go over your pet’s visit via a phone call, then take payment and return your pet to you.

•Please plan ahead and make an appointment. We are very busy and most immediate appointments are booked. Urgent same day appointments are subject to an additional urgent care fee as we are working urgent same day appointments into our already booked schedule.

•PLEASE PLAN AHEAD on refilling your prescriptions. Due to our busy schedule it can take 24 to 48 hours to refill medications, that is subject to our in-stock products and shipments as well.

Thank you again for your cooperation and understanding during this time. We appreciate every one of you and hope every one is staying safe.

Hello valued patients and clients, we hope you all are well and staying safe. Unfortunately Covid is still here and affecting our daily lives, we are still working hard to see and treat as many patients as we can, we are working with a smaller staff and getting more and more calls for care. This is happening at other clinic's and emergency Vet clinic as well. Please be patient, we want to give each client the care and attention they deserve. A few tips for your next appointment.

*We are still coming out to retrieve your pet, please stay in the parking lot during your appointment, this makes it easier for you to be reached, either by phone or masked face to masked face.

*Please plan your appointment and prescription refills ahead of time. We are very busy and most immediate appointments are already booked. Prescriptions may take a few days to fill.

*Same day appointments will be considered an Urgent Care appointment as we will need to be working into an already booked schedule.

We are working and have NOT stopped working to take care of all our beloved Patients. Thank You for your cooperation during this unprecedented times.
