* TEMPERAMENT FEE STARTING AT $25 WILL BE APPLY IF DOG IS AGGRESSIVE OR GERIATRIC DUE TO THE EXTRA TIME IT TAKES.

* LATE APPOINTMENT FEE STARTING AT $15 PER DOG.. APPLIED IF 15 MINUTES LATE AND ONLY IF GROOMER CAN FIT DOG(S) IN.

* PETS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN ONE HOUR OF GROOMERS CALL OF COMPLETION. A KENNEL FEE WILL BE APPLIED AT A RATE OF $25 PER HALF HOUR PER DOG. Non Refundable Deposits

2. Last appointment over 5 months.

3. No show or call to cancel with-in 48 hours of appointment will have to put a deposit to book a new appointment.

4. Cancel an appointment with-in 48 hours with no rebook. Only one rebook allowed.

5. Cancel rebooked appointment with-in 48 hours.
