Through the years, the benefits of 24/7 on-site care have been obvious:
1. More staff means better cleaning standards. An overnight attendant helps us keep our building clean and safe because it gives us extra hours without foot and paw traffic to deep clean. 🧽
2. Most pups whine/bark when they need something and usually overnight, they are trying to tell us they need to go outside. We can respond to those requests immediately to prevent accidents and discomfort and provide care. 🐕
3. There have been multiple occasions over the years of health concerns that crop up in the night. Our on-site care has been able to get the animals the care they need hours faster than if no one was in the building. 🏥
4. Building security! No, it is not common to have security issues when you have a building filled with dogs BUT, the comfort of knowing that someone can react to any issue immediately is priceless. 🦺
5. Comfort for our customers. The number of times we have heard "We chose you because you have 24/7 care and that makes us much more comfortable." is staggering. ❤️
To us, overnight care is something that has provided immense benefit to our guests, everyone's health and safety, and the comfort of all parties. It is something we will never compromise on.
