With the Fourth of July quickly approaching, we would like to remind you of a few helpful tips to keep your pets safe and happy during your celebrations. Please keep in mind, our offices will be closed for the holiday but will resume normal business hours on Friday, July 5th. If your pet is in need of medication, please let us know as soon as possible.

Some of our staff, along with other veterinary professionals from other local clinics, had a little bit of change of pace on Wednesday and participated in the annual cow milking contest at the Stoneboro fair! Congratulations to Jennifer from Happy Tales for being the over-all winner!

To our Grove City clients: please be advised this is homecoming weekend for Grove City College- that being said, please allow yourself extra time for getting to your appointment tomorrow, there will be multiple streets closed in town.

Friday Fun Fact- 35 STATES have a moderate-to-high
prevalence of Lyme disease, but positive cases
have been reported in every state in the US! Many dogs have Lyme Disease and show no signs. The most common signs to watch for include: fever, loss of appetite, limping, and loss of energy. Symptoms may come and go and vary in severity. The best way to protect your pet is staying on year round preventative and staying up to date on the Lyme disease vaccination.

This fellow was found in Hartford, Ohio this afternoon. He had a metal leash attached to his collar & has a Seresto collar on. He has a worn Whispering Pines Veterinary rabies tag that, unfortunately, we can’t read the numbers. He is staying with a client until we can find the owners. Please help us get this guy back to his owners.
