Hello everyone! I am reaching out to notify everyone of some upcoming changes. Starting in October, I will be implementing some new requirements in order to be sure everyone is getting the best service possible! As most of you know, I only groom part time and my availability is very limited. I have to make the most of the appointments I have available!

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS:
I am now going by a strike system!
•The first cancellation in less than 48 hours will be forgiven and you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit on the rescheduled groom. The second time, I will require you to pay for the groom in full before I add you to the schedule. The third offense, I will ask you to seek services elsewhere.
•no call no shows will be immediately removed from my clientele.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP
All applies unless previously discussed!
•Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time, and remain in your car until I come out to greet you. Shoot me a text when you arrive!
•I will let you know when the groom is completed and then you have 30 minutes from there to come and grab your baby. If you go over 30 minutes an immediate 30.00 daycare charge will be added. If it goes past an hour, it will be 60.00.

SCHEDULING
•I only book one month at a time. Booking opens up on the 30th of the month prior. All regulars and clients on a schedule will have first dibs. I encourage all regular customers to join the Paws and claws VIP group. Ask me to send you an invite! Once they have their appointments scheduled, I will open up the rest of the dates to the public.
•I am getting increasingly more booked out with every month, expect me to be about two weeks out at any given time! Please be patient and allow me time to get to everyone!

PAYMENT
I only accept cash, Venmo, zelle, or I can take credit card as a last resort. Payment is due at time of pick up.

PRICE INCREASES
I am going to increase my pricing on a few services. Matted dogs will be an immediate 20.00 upcharge. Determination of matting is at my discretion and I will go over the specific areas with the owner to make sure we’re on the same page. Fleas and ticks will result in 30.00 up charge.
