**Subject: Temporary Service Interruption**

Dear Happy Paws Society,

Last night, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to my beloved 13-year-old dog, Riley. Riley has been my constant companion and best friend for over a decade, and I am devastated by this loss. This is a difficult time, and I will be taking some time to grieve her loss.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.

I am planning to resume services on Wednesday this week.

Good morning! I have resolved the issue with my phone and I have a replacement. All text updates will resume! I thank you for your patience and understanding!

If you texted or called me at all yesterday I have no way to receive those messages. Unfortunately due to the damage my old phone recieved everything from my old phone could not be transferred over to my new phone. So if you texted me yesterday and have not gotten a reply, please re text me whatever you sent me 😊🙏

Dear Happy Paws Society pet parents,

This morning I had a mishap with my phone, and it fell face down onto a rock. The screen is shattered, and I cannot see the bottom portion of the screen. I also am not able to log into my device. I have a new phone in route however until that arrives, I will be unable to supply text updates at the end of services. I understand that this is a massive inconvenience and I am working hard to have the issue resolved ASAP.
