Keep your furry friends safe and warm this winter! ❄️🐾

🐶 For Dogs:

• Limit Outdoor Time: If it’s too cold for you, it’s likely too cold for them! Take shorter walks and keep them moving to stay warm.
• Coats and Sweaters: Short-haired or small breeds can benefit from extra layers. Make sure the fit is snug but not restrictive.
• Protect Their Paws: Use booties or apply pet-safe balm to protect against ice, snow, and salt. Always wipe their paws after walks to prevent irritation.
• Warm Shelter: Keep their sleeping area warm, dry, and away from drafts—add extra blankets if needed.

🐱 For Cats:

• Keep Them Indoors: Cold temperatures can be dangerous, so keep cats inside during winter months.
• Tap Your Hood: Outdoor cats may crawl into car engines for warmth—always knock or tap your hood before starting the car.
• Warm Spaces: Provide cozy spots with blankets or cat beds near safe heat sources.

We're thrilled to announce that Groveport Canal Animal Hospital will be participating in this year's Brockstrong Holiday Lights Parade in beautiful Canal Wi******er! 🌟

Our float is decked out in festive cheer, showcasing our love for pets and our community. 🐾❤️ We’re proud to support the BBrockstrong Foundation an organization that does incredible work to inspire and uplift families and youth in our area.

This holiday season, let’s come together to celebrate the spirit of giving, community, and of course, dazzling holiday lights! 🎅✨
