Attention Senior Golden Retriever Lovers 🥰 Dalton was surrendered by his owners as they couldn't afford to care for him any longer. A new baby came into their family with lots of expenses and they made the decision that Dalton would be better cared for in another family.

Dalton is pretty perfect. He gets along very well with other dogs and kids. He is 10 years old and weighs 68 pounds. He is your typical, sweet Velcro golden retriever who just wants to be a part of your family. Dalton is housebroken and he is crate trained.

We are looking for a wonderful family who would like to help Dalton and make him part of their family. He is ready to be adopted so please apply to take Dalton home now. If you are interested in learning more, please read "How to Adopt" at www.gr-rescue.org and follow the directions from there.

Many dogs don't know how to self regulate and just be. This trainer is an amazing wealth of knowledge

A calmer dog can learn and retain obedience commands.

Obedience commands gives you and your dog clear communication.

The PLACE COMMAND is an example.

State of Mind: Your dog goes onto Place and stays.
*This alone takes a LOT of boring duration time.

Obedience: Your dog auto downs with a settle on Place.
*Settling teaches a LIFE SKILL to turn off excitement.
