January 13th - National French Bulldog Day
We think French Bulldogs are girl’s girls - Marnie here is a prime example of that! 🎀
Historically, Frenchies have always been popular with women; first with French lace-makers in the 1800s, then growing in popularity until even the daughter of the Russian Tsar owned one - a little Frenchie named Ortipo. Society ladies were even the first to show Frenchies, debuting them at Westminster in 1896! Today, Frenchies are one of the most popular dog breeds in the US: the AKC registered almost one hundred thousand Frenchies in 2023!
Let us know - do you think Frenchies are girl’s girls, or one of the guys? 😹
Spider-Man, Spider-Man, does whatever a spider can!
Our little Peter Parker may not be strong enough to bench press a car, but he sure is the cutest one in the multiverse!
Peter Parker is a six month old neutered male tuxedo domestic shorthair who is fully vaccinated and ready to go home to his fur-ever family! He gets along well with our other adoption kitten and would likely do well with dogs as well if carefully introduced.
Give us a call and give this little superhero the home he deserves!
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year from all of us here at Animal Hospital of Tiger Point 💙
Medication refill reminder!
It’s firework season again, and that means your noise-sensitive pets probably need a refill on their anti-anxiety meds! Call us ASAP so you can have them filled and ready to go on New Years Eve!
Fleas are a continuous issue in our neck of the woods—it just doesn't get cold enough around here for them to die off—and that's why we recommend that pets stay on prevention year-round!
Thanks for gracing us with your ✨sparkle✨, Nora!

Keep your pets protected from parasites year-round!
According to the Companian Animal Parasite Council, about 1 in 100 dogs tested will be positive for heartworms. Similarly, 1 in 200 dogs and 1 in 50 cats will be positive for flea tapeworms; 1 in 50 dogs and cats will be positive for roundworms; and 1 in 20 dogs and 1 in 50 cats will be positive for hookworms. That's a significant amount of pets affected, and JUST in Santa Rosa County!
Stop by anytime to pick up your pet's next dose — or if we haven't seen them in over a year, call to book an appointment and we'll get them up to date on their annual exam so they can stay protected ❤
