All is fixed and clear! Business is back to normal!! Afternoon appointments are still set!

Good morning!

We have rescheduled our morning appointments due to a potential gas leak. We are hoping it will be repaired and ventilation will be completed before our afternoon appointments. We will call to reschedule if we need to for the afternoon. Everyone stay safe and we are still here to answer any questions. The clinic is ventilated at the moment and safe for everyone to pickup supplies and some tech appointments.

Since your furbaby can not speak to us we use preventative diagnostics to catch diseases or illnesses before they become symptomatic and can be managed or reversed before it becomes deadly. We are now offering affordable bloodwork options for prevention purposes. So if your pet is coming in for his or her annual exam and you would like to ensure they are healthy inside and out then please opt for running one of these panels while in clinic. We will get results within 2-3 days and reach out to discuss any treatment options if necessary. If you have any questions regarding these panels please reach out to us and we will be happy to answer any concerns you may have.

🩺 Dr. Neely Gaddy Beaugez first joined the staff at Handsboro Animal Hospital in 2016 as a veterinary technician working during school breaks while attending veterinary school. After earning her DVM and completing her post graduate work, she returned to Handsboro Animal Hospital as an associate veterinarian. In February of 2023, after 1.5 years at the practice, Dr. Gaddy purchased the clinic from Dr. Williams.

Dr. Gaddy has a passion for dermatology and preventative medicine. She has a special interest in the treatment and management of arthritic patients.
