Classes will take place every Monday night for both beginner and advanced levels.

Congrats to all that passed the canine good citizen test tonight! We are always so proud to see everyone’s progress. For those of you that are interested in training we will be starting private training classes and a few group classes soon. Sir Lancelot is up for adoption! Lancelot is a purebred Australian shepherd and he is such a good boy! He loves to play with other dogs and loves treats and attention. Lancelot needs a new home because his owner sadly passed away. Give us a call to come meet Sir Lancelot!

Summer is in full swing (finally)! Which means if your dog loves to play in water they will most likely come home exhausted from playing on our new splash pad all day. These guys are having a blast!

“Stay and play cage free boarding” means that our boarding dogs get to hang out and play all day with our daycare dogs! Super fun… but also exhausting, buddy says it’s time for a nap!

Chronicles of Smooches - she has a new friend - we welcome Duke for his first day of Doggy Daycare!! She was not sure what he was or why he was moving so fast - but they figured it out - LOL!!

People often ask how we socialize new dogs to the “pack,” and especially socialize new dogs who are not used to being around other dogs. 1. We start very slow and read their signals. We want this to be a positive experience for the dog. We move at their pace, and watch their body language to see what they are telling us. 2. We allow them to slowly integrate into the “pack,” and realize they are safe. 3. They start to see how a normal “pack,” operates, and slowly start to become involved. This video is precious Holle, the puppy German Shepherd. She had not been around dogs other than in her family. This is 3 weeks into socialization. We are so proud of her progress!

The Chronicles of Smooches!! Who can resist these adorable puppy videos. Smooches is getting much needed socialization during the “critical period,” of her puppy life.
