Effective immediately, to make an appointment on a weekend I now require a deposit of half of the appointment. If you no call/no show the whole balance of the missed appointment must be paid in full in order to rebook. If you notify me within 24 hours there are no penalty fees or charges. With that being said I'm human, I understand accidents happen, I also have a kid and understand how their small bodies operate, it's also very common to wake up feeling sick. Communication is key!! I'm a very reasonable and understanding person.
Simply no calling and no showing will no longer be tolerated though. I strive to make accommodations for people who work and have busy schedules, but this is a business. If I make an appointment that takes time away from my family, and when a person disrespects that enough to simply not show up that takes money away from my family. I know times are tough, I've been grocery shopping lately. I get it.
I do not think this is too much to ask. Thank you for your time on this matter.

Hey purple paw family ❤ I have some exciting news and not so exciting news.

The exciting news is, we are finally rebuilding our house! So as you come and go from the salon, there may be some construction work going on! Don't worry, no one is blocking the driveway.

Now for the not so exciting. Please be patient when scheduling an appointment for our large furry friends. I fell and long story short, I'm having to go threw physical therapy, and epidural shots. I'm still going to book big dogs, but I have to schedule on days that I have an extra set of hands (more importantly an extra back!)

We are getting a system update! Now each pup will have their own profile including a cute profile picture! We would like to ask if all clients of Purple paw spa would please send us a cute picture of your baby so we can get as much information updated as possible. We will be spending all weekend getting everything switched over, so come Monday the new system will be rocking and rolling.
Also coming soon is online booking!

Some exciting news! We are switching to a new system to keep track of clients and all of the puppies information. With that being said we groomed another cat! So much fun. He was purring and didn't want back in his carrier. I was amazed with the mat!
