Five years ago today, Good Life Veterinary Care opened our doors to our first patients and their families. My goal was to create a warm and welcoming place where pets and their families can receive care, advice and comfort with compassion and minimal stress. I was lucky that Dawn and Abigail believed in my mission from day one and have been the indispensable core of this practice for the past 5 years. We've grown our team with care and couldn't have found more dedicated, kind and compassionate pet lovers than Karla, Meaghan, Alondra, Katherine, and Nina. We were thrilled when the wonderful Dr. Levine joined us last year and still feel the same daily - she adds so much knowledge, enthusiasm and compassion to our team. I couldn't be more proud of this team of wonderful people I am so blessed to work alongside daily!

Submit a drawing of one or both of our wonderful clinic cats by Friday at noon to enter. We'll award prizes to the winners in two categories: Ages 12 and under and Ages 13 and up. You don't have to be an artist - we're looking for creativity and maybe even a good laugh! We'll have art supplies available during all appointments and visits this week and also accept all walk in (or mail in) entries!

Good Life Veterinary Care opened our doors on July 30, 2019. We're so proud of the team we've assembled, the relationships we've built and the community of pet lovers we're so blessed to be a part of.
We'll be celebrating our 5 year anniversary all week long with a fun drawing contest (stay tuned for details!), giveaways, stories of our first patients and lots of fun!
Here's Spike and Rocco, our VERY FIRST patients on the day we opened! Two wonderful Boston Terriers belonging to two wonderful owners. They were 10 and 9 years old on their first visit with us and have both since passed, but they will always be remembered as two very special Good Life patients and two very loved boys. ❤

It's getting colder, but the fleas and ticks are still out there and happy to come inside with your pets! We've seen a lot of pets with fleas lately and ticks love this cooler weather.
