I need travel tips! What sort of things will I absolutely NEED to travel to Rome? Electrical adapters, etc... Things I wouldn't know unless I've been. Obviously, I'll be doing as the Romans do, but I don't want to be even minorly inconvenienced. HELP!

Just a bunch of everything today.... Pink is getting her chocolate brown coat for winter already while the babies are getting lighter and lighter. I wish I could clip them just once more, but they're both going to colder places and it's too late in the year

New stalls!... Who dis!? 😂
The dirt was too wet to run the compactor today, so he'll be back tomorrow or Wednesday. That gives me time to go buy new bedding! I've now got TWO empty stalls... One for the baby when she comes home, and one for a weaning stall. Can't wait to get more done around here! Remember that foal pen where I worked so hard growing grass?! ...grr! Starting over. 😆

Today I have HELP! I love my dirt work guy! I think I'll use him for concrete work too! He's doing an amazing job. The dirt is a little wet, so he will have to come back to compact it . The barn is looking brand new, inside and out!

I got all 500 pounds of sand out of the old feed room (at the expense of my wheelbarrow). Now I need one big HULK moment to get it out of the barn...I wasn't thinking or I would've done it in two parts 😂

Y'all, I know I've been absent. Life has been LIFING and I only see the ponies in passing this last week. I sold Wasabi, and met her new owner halfway on Thursday. (About 2.5 hours one way). I noticed when I let horses out that Calypso hadn't pooped overnight, which kept me somewhat panicked all day. I got home mid afternoon to him acting colicky and really going for it. So I hit him with some banamine and gave him sloppy soup and hoped for the best as I had so many other obligations. Thankfully, upon my return, he was much better. I thought I finally had it all together today, then Possum and the cat (Big Fat Daddy Catty) got into a fight for no apparent reason. Possum lost because she refuses to defend herself, so she's on pain meds for bites and scratches. No stitches, just glue.... My barn dirtwork is FINALLY being done on Monday. Maybe we won't flood next spring. Wouldn't that be great!?! I'm exhausted and there is still SO MUCH going on. Send help. Also, I need this sign in my barn... If you've got one laying around 😂

I took y'all's advice and built a higher shelf for the cats. As a matter of fact, there's THREE stairs on the stairway to cat heaven. They can stay low or go all the way to the top. There's plenty of room up there for everybody. They didn't even let me finish before they were approving the project.
