Valiaās āfishingā adventure.
An osprey was trying to steal a fish from another osprey and the fish dropped in the bay.
Valia saw it and swam out to retrieve the fish. Because she retrieves everything.
She brought a nice bluegill to shore. No sense in wasting it, so Pops filleted it for her.
A few hours go by.
Valia notices this trout on the wall so she climbs up on the window ledge to smell it.
This dog is so darn smart, adventurous, confident and hilarious. And very loving. Happy 2nd birthday to my sweet Vivi!

I love the differences in their styles! They are each just as intense and beautiful but Bogie is a flashy American field bred and Valia is very traditional.

Doing some yard work with Valia during the quiet time when we canāt run on wild birds. She sets, plus sheās got a great nose and is a lot of fun to work with. Such an elegant girl! Do you remember Sugar from the July 2022 litter? She and her brown/white brother were placed with @stoneybrook_gordon_setters, ran on wild birds all winter and then went on to live with two fantastic hunting families!
Sugar is in Louisiana. She enjoys traveling all over the US hunting wild birds. Sheās best friends with a little boy. And sheās just as sweet, sassy and stylish as her dad Bogie!

Bogie can relocate quickly or trail slowly. I can ask him to do either. Either way thereās usually a grouse at the end of it! In this caseā¦there were two. I missed one with the video (too far to hear) but you can hear the second one.
