For Otis Sake Rescue, Inc. Our mission is to rescue, rehab & rehome at-risk dogs from overcrowded and under-funded rural animal control and shelter facilities across the US.

We provide a safe & caring transition for our animals, fosters and adopters. We are a 501 (c)3 organization in Hagerstown MD. We are focused on rescue efforts, nationally, targeting rural areas and animal control facilities. We do not have a shelter facility. All dogs are housed with foster families where they learn basic manners, house training, crate training and learn to live and interact with foster dogs, kids and regain trust in humans.

Hi all, meet Wink! He is a 3 year old, 175lb guy that is looking for a new home. He is struggling with one of the dogs in his current home.

You’ll notice in the photos Wink has only one eye (hence the name) the other was removed as a puppy because it was detached.

He appears to do okay with the more senior dog in the home but might be better on his own. He has not been around cats or any other animals.

Wink is neutered and current on vaccines. Wink needs someone willing to focus on training to help him be the best version of himself. He’s really like a big puppy, REALLY BIG!! 😁
